HisCap Sensor Chip

SPR Sensor Chip for His-Tagged Proteins

The HisCap Sensor Chip is based on a three-dimensional non-dextran hydrogel chemistry. It is modified with Nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) functional groups that chelate Nickel ions for the selective capture of 6X and 10X His-tagged targets. This surface can be partially regenerated by injecting Imidazole, EDTA or other similar reagents that compete for Nickel. Typical uses are small molecule or peptide kinetics with His-tagged protein targets.
