CDH Sensor Chip
SPR Sensor Chip for High Capacity Amine Coupling
(Replaces COOHV) This CDH sensor chip is a high capacity three-dimensional chemistry that uses a medium length carboxymethyl dextran (CMD) hydrogel spacer with carboxylic acids. This sensor chip contains a high number of carboxylic acid functional groups that allows a large amount of target to be coupled onto the surface.
This is particularly useful to observe the interactions of small molecules or for target that exhibit low binding activity. Amine coupling is the standard immobilization method for CDH. Its coupling capacity is the higher than the CDL sensor chips.
