Business Development Manager ( Instruments)
For Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible to develop business plan to implement the sales strategy within pan India & achieve sales goal also creating strategic alliance with PMT, Marketing partners, utilizing these resources to support value offering throughout the entire sales process.
What you will accomplish with us:
Drive strategic business development to improve market positioning and financial growth of the company
Manage complex projects with various internal and external stakeholders worldwide and on all levels
Analyze opportunities and markets, including business plan development
Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability
Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
Interface with various functions across the company, such as Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Intellectual Property Management to align strategies
Create and present strategic plans to Senior Management

Academic degree in science or equivalent background
Minimum 8 years of work experience in instrument selling
Ability to work independently, to enforce and to perform according to strict deadlines
Excellent project management skills and experience in supporting change management processes
Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work and travel globally with multicultural sensibility
