We are currently seeking a Manager Injection Process Group (m|f|d) for our Technical Centre based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. In this position, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the development of the process and qualification of the new injection mould and bring it to industrialisation.

In this position, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the development of the process and qualification of the new injection mould and bring it to industrialisation.

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Industrialisation of plastic parts in compliance with ISO standards, budget and timelines

  • Leading a global team of engineers responsible for the implementation of mold qualification (support of mold design, FAT, development of injection process, IQ, OQ and support of pre-series production plant)

  • Building a network with your team and the production plants to implement and maintain production standards

  • Ensuring reporting on the various projects to internal customers (product development, production plant) and management

What will convince us

  • A university degree as an engineer in plastics processing or comparable

  • Profound experience in the development of plastic injection molding processes, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.

  • Detailed knowledge of injection process automation and Six Sigma

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Proactive and communicative personality who enjoys working in a team

  • Fluency in English and a willingness to travel as needed complete your profile
