Key Account Sales Representative (m|f|d)

We are currently seeking a Key Account Sales Representative (m|w|d) for Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH to join our Key Account Management (KAM) team based in Germany.In this position, you will be responsible for working within our sales organization to drive growth and build and maintain effective relationships within assigned key customer accounts..

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy

  • Actively drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace and proactively follow up on the successful implementation of sales activity at key accounts

  • Support customer requirements in supply and quality in close alignment with our internal capabilities

  • Regularly visit critical decision makers and influencers at the accounts and able to build sustainable business relationship

  • Periodically report on the progress of the business to line management and internal stakeholders, using reporting tools as provided and recommended by the organization

What will convince us

  • University Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or similar field 

  • Several years relevant experience and proven track in sales within the Biopharmaceutical or Life Science Industry

  • Knowledge in fermentation, filtration and purification  technologies a plus

  • General sales skills, presentation skills and solid business acumen

  • Knowledgement of standard office software and modern communication tools

  • Ability to travel min 50% working time in designated territory
