Where 21 CFR Part 11 plays no role
As soon as test results are stored electronically, all the requirements according 21 CFR part 11 have to be taken into consideration. The concept of the Sartocheck 3 plus is different: although, the test programs are stored electronically, the test results are automatically printed out without any underlying database. Therefore, all the requirements of 21 CFR 11 are not applicable for the Sartocheck 3 plus. Why dealing with restriction where it is not necessary?
