Potter S - Gentle, electrically-powered sample disruption

It is best known for working with cells cultured in-vitro and with soft tissue. Applications include the preparation of nuclei or the isolation of proteins. The Potter S homogenizer uses the shearing forces generated between a motorized plunger and a cylinder to disrupt the samples

  • Gentle action, even allows isolation of cell nuclei
