Palletank® In-Process Fluid Handling

The Palletank® for in-process fluid handling is suited for applications such as feed and harvest of bioreactors, storage and distribution of media and buffers, the solution distribution in Flexel® 3D bag manifolds or waste collection. It is specifically designed for users who wish to leave the containers in close proximity to process equipment. Available in volumes from 100 l to 3,000 l the Palletank® for in-process fluid handling allows for maximum flexibility.
  • Easy operation: The double hinged front doors allow bag replacement, installation and manipulation whilst Palletanks® are stacked up in the process area (up to 1,000 l) thus enabling continuous processing without movement of the containers.
  • Ready for large volumes: The unique lifting system for large volume tanks provides optimal bag unfolding and filling. Specially designed bottom gate(s) allow safe passage of large bore tubing, 1,5” tri clamps, QC bags and filters.
