Joachim Kreuzburg, who holds a doctorate in economics, has been a member of the Executive Board since November 2002, prior to which he had held various executive positions at Sartorius in the finance unit. Joachim Kreuzburg is chairman of the Administrative Board and CEO of the Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A. subgroup. |

Marketing, Sales and Service Reinhard Vogt has been with the Sartorius Group since 1983 and worked in various managerial positions in the Biotechnology Division. He has retained his present position as Executive Vice President for Marketing and Sales of Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A. Since July 2009, he has been a member of the Executive Board and likewise responsible for Marketing, Sales and Service at Sartorius AG. |

Jörg Pfirrmann has been with Sartorius since 1999 and has served in various managerial capacities in the finance unit. In his most recent position before joining the board, he assumed overall responsibility for this unit. Since July 2009, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Sartorius AG and responsible for Finance, IT and General Administration. |
