Executive CommitteeThe Group Executive Committee (GEC) consists of the members of the Executive Board of Sartorius AG, the members of the Executive Committee of the subgroup Sartorius Stedim Biotech and top managers appointed by the Executive Board as necessary. The GEC is the key management committee of the Sartorius Group and serves to coordinate and control global business activities and functions. The GEC's activities supplement those of the Executive Board of Sartorius AG and of the Board of Directors of Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A., and lay the groundwork for the boards’ legally binding decision-making.
