Culture Vessel^®

UniVessel^® culture vessels have been developed with over 40 years of experience in sterile and upscale design. Fully-equipped and interchangeable they have been designed to fit all of our autoclaveable Fermentors and Bioreactors. 

• Available in 0.5L , 1L, 2L, 5L and 10L working volume
• Single wall or double wall (jacketed) culture vessel with round bottom, baffles and lifting handles
• Top plate ports for:  media addition | inoculation, 4-way addition, harvest pipe, manual sampler, exhaust cooler, optional cooling finger, probe implementation and aeration fittings
• Sartorius Stedim gas inlet and exhaust filters
• pH, pO₂, temperature, foam and level probe included
• Removable holder for up to three (3) storage bottles
• Stirrer shaft with mechanical seal or magnetic drive
• 6-blade disc impellers as well as 3-blade segment impellers
• Aeration tube with Ring- or Micro-sparger
• Installation Tubing, o-rings and tool kit
